At STF Zone, every item is custom-made just for you—fulfilled through our global print-on-demand partner, Gelato. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
When Can I Request a Refund or Replacement?
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- Your order is lost in transit and cannot be replaced
How to Request Help
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

What Happens Next?
If your claim is approved, we’ll send a free replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible or you prefer a refund, we’ll process it to your original payment method.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns
All products are made to order and personalized. We don’t hold inventory or resell returned items, which helps us reduce waste and stay sustainable.
